Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Professional AI Agents LLC operates Walter AI Scheduling Assistant (“Walter,” “we,” “our,” or “the service”). This Privacy Policy explains how Walter accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when users connect their Google accounts.
Information Walter Accesses
When a user authorizes Walter through Google OAuth, Walter may access limited Google Calendar information necessary to provide scheduling services. This may include:
-
Calendar availability and free/busy information
-
Calendar event details needed to coordinate scheduling
-
Information required to create or update calendar events
-
Names and email addresses associated with calendar invitations
-
Walter does not see existing calendar event names or details, only available times for booking a new appointment.
Walter only requests permissions needed to provide its scheduling functionality.
How Information Is Used
Walter uses Google Calendar information to:
-
Review a user’s availability
-
Suggest available meeting times
-
Create calendar events
-
Avoid scheduling conflicts
-
Complete scheduling requests initiated by an authorized user
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
How Information Is Stored
Walter may temporarily process calendar information while completing a scheduling request. Authentication credentials and connection tokens are handled through authorized service providers used to connect Walter to Google services.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Sharing of Information
Neither Professional AI Agents LLC nor Walter sells Google user data.
Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the application, such as infrastructure, authentication, communications, and calendar-integration providers. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.
Calendar event information may also be shared with meeting participants when an authorized user directs Walter to create or send an invitation.
Google API Services User Data
Walter’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
User Control and Revocation
Users may revoke Walter’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings or through the connection controls provided by Walter or its integration provider.
After access is revoked, Walter will no longer be able to access the user’s Google Calendar through that authorization.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Users may request deletion of their personal information or connected-account data by contacting us at the email address below.
Security
We use reasonable security safeguards designed to protect user information, including access controls, encrypted communications, credential protection, and restricted access to production systems.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Walter develops or as legal and technical requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
